Alcuni verbi vogliono una persona prima dell'infinito.

- I want you to come.
- She asked me to wait.
- He made me wait.

Attenzione
Questo è l'errore strutturale più grave del capitolo. In italiano si usa il congiuntivo con che — voglio che tu venga — e in inglese quella costruzione non esiste:
- I want you to come. ✅
- I want that you come. ❌
- He said he wants me to call him. ✅
- He said he wants that I call him. ❌
Dopo make e let il to sparisce: let me go, non let me to go.
