Come si forma
have / has been + verbo in -ing.
- I have been working all morning.
- She has been studying English for two years.
A cosa serve
- Quanto è durata: We have been waiting for an hour.
- Spiegare una conseguenza visibile: I'm tired — I have been running.
Attenzione
Come tutti i continuous, non si usa con i verbi di stato:
- I have known her for years. ✅
- I have been knowing her for years. ❌
