Con be la negazione è semplicissima: si aggiunge not dopo il verbo. Non serve nessun ausiliare.
- I am a farmer. → I am not a doctor.
- She is Italian. → She is not French.

Attenzione
Questa è l'unica negazione al presente che non usa do. Se il verbo è be, aggiungere do not è sbagliato: I don't be tired non esiste, si dice I'm not tired.
